Join us Saturday, September 18th at 2 pm for a special tour of our CCOF-certified, and biodynamically-farmed estate vineyard - Hidden Springs. The 30+ minute tour will feature grape clonal sampling, and be followed by a tasting of estate-bottled Chardonnays, a special tasting of our 2017 Sparkling Rosé and a sneak preview of our first estate bottled Hidden Springs Pinot Noir. Along the way, you will learn about many of our wildlife-friendly practices, meet Ellie - our new livestock-guardian-dog puppy, and discover how clones of Chardonnay & Pinot Noir impact the resulting wine. Sturdy shoes required; dressing in clothing layers is recommended. Must be 21 years of age to participate in wine tasting. Rain will cancel.
