White Wines

White wines grown in the rugged Santa Cruz Mountains and chilly Monterey Bay regions benefit from a cool climate that favors wines of bracing acidity that display epic minerality. These wines like their Burgundian counterparts enhance meals as they cleanse the palate with each sip. Grown in sustainable, organic and biodynamic settings, these wines enjoy minimal intervention and maximum terroir.

Estate Wines – Hidden Springs

Hidden Springs is our home and home to our organically-farmed estate vineyard. Filled with five clones of Pinot Noir, two clones of Chardonnay and a flock of babydoll Southdown sheep, this dream-come-to-fruition yields wines of incredible elegance and a minerality rarely-found in the new world. Located on the west-facing slopes of Mount Madonna, the site benefits from the nearby Pacific Ocean and Monterey Bay which come together to create an idyllic, Region I cool climate.
